Well tonight I have the computer set up where I am DJing at the Ritz Ballroom for a Ceroc freestyle. Its 8.17 and people are slowly starting to arrive. Never normally gets going till 9pm. Lets see whats on Twitter.

Freestyle at the Ritz Continues. its 9pm and pretty full. Mostly usual suspects but some very good Modern Jivers. One of the big advantages of being the DJ is my visits by lovely ladies for a cuddle and to con me into playing records.
Ouch--- This just twittered in "just for the record. "Thank You God! For Fucking My Life Right at This Moment" -DkGuY" Reminds me that not everybody is having a good day.
9.41 and the place is heaving with Jivers. Gonna be a good night.

Stuff I have picked up tonight
procrastination is now more fun with twitter!!
twitter is a much bigger waste of time than blogging and FB combined, if used well.

Twitter has some bizarre bugs. Did everyone one of my Twitter updates just vanish forever? Or will they suddenly re-appear after login?
I really dont get this whole twitter thing!? Maybe someone can enlighten me?
i look at u n u make me sick just hearin ya voice makes me wanna vomit.dont like it?well get from round me no more nice just cold yeah ice. (Ouch. Somebody had a BAD day)
In the dollar store picking up last minute easter stuff for the kids and saw $1.00 pregnancy kits. Now there's a kit I'm gonna trust. LOL
Just a brief selection. Its quite bizarre what you can find from the sexually explicit to the totally Innocent.

Nobody can deny that twitter has been one of the most explosive items to hit the Internet for some time. Its quite incredible. However, its current use by most to Advertise and Market is proving tiresome to those who would like it to be a pure Chat thing.
Personally I am not sure, but I do find it fascinating to be in communication (well 140 letters at a time) with people from all over the world. And the diversity of people, interests and cultures is quite staggering. I am trying to use it sort of 50/50 between marketing and comment / items.
What I am hoping to do here is a sort of commentary on how twitter develops and grows. Or dies. Who knows. And at the same time publish stuff that I pick up about twitter.
